One great poet who died tragically in youth is Nadia Anjuman [1980-2005] from Afghanistan. Her work has a beautiful classic ring to it. It could often pass as ancient verse, she was very talented. Here is an excerpt from "Light Blue Memories" here with more information on her:
O exiles of the mountain of oblivion!
O the jewels of your names, slumbering in the mire of silence
O your obliterated memories, your light blue memories [...]
And she has the incredible line in "A Voiceless Cry":

The sound of green footsteps is the rain.
[...]
