Typically I don't feature poems in this style, but David Alexander McFarland's short piece "Blood in the Wood" in Coe Review, vol. 44, Jan. 2014 is excellent. It's odd and eerie and has great images, an almost Symbolist mood in the woods, and the hazy darkness. It's quite transporting, here's an excerpt:
There’s blood in the wood outside my door,
a spot of darkness in any light, there because
I cut myself, but still I had to let the dog come in.
